Job summary

4Leaf Services is actively seeking elite, self-sufficient Independent Freight Agents to run their own business remotely. You will maintain direct shipper relationships, price and book loads, track shipments, negotiate with carriers, and handle dispatch and digital paperwork.

Zero internal competition, open CRM territory, and full back-office support are provided. To qualify, have 6 months of verifiable 1099 freight agent experience or 2+ years of W-2 brokerage experience with transferable

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience.
• OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience.
• Must own a reliable computer, dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Must reside within the United States and operate as a contractor with 1099 status.
• Must have at least one active direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
