Job summary

4Leaf Services is a brand-new, agile freight brokerage empowering independent agents to operate autonomously with wide access to a customer house list. You will price, book, track, and close loads without internal competition, owning your business end-to-end from your home office.

Must have an active direct shipper book and either 6 months of verifiable 1099 freight agent experience or 2+ years of related W-2 brokerage/dispatch experience.

Qualifications

• Active direct shipper relationships required (on day one).
• 6+ months 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience OR 2+ years W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
