Job summary

4Leaf Services in the United States is seeking elite Independent Freight Agents to run their own business with cradle-to-grave autonomy.

You will price, book, track, negotiate with carriers, dispatch loads, and manage customer service and digital paperwork without internal competition or micro-management.

Must have an active direct shipper book on day one, and be prepared to operate remotely with a reliable home office setup. 1099 contractor status comes with flexible schedules and open territory.

Qualifications

• Independent 1099 freight agent experience required or 2+ years in freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow direct shipper relationships.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, and digital paperwork upload.
