Qualifications

• 6+ years in disputes/fraud risk within FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or people management roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale operational change with measurable impact.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional executive communication and influence across stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams through major change and ambiguity.
• Experience with AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Lean Six Sigma or data-driven improvement practices.
