Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Ops to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team (FIT) into a high-impact fraud intelligence function. This leader will oversee the evolving operating model, ensuring high-quality labeling, actionable fraud intelligence, and talent development, delivering measurable business impact through fraud prevention.

The role blends operational rigor, fraud curiosity, and cross-functional partnership, working with Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management or related domains.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for labeling volume, quality, and turnaround time.
• Design scalable QA processes and feedback mechanisms.
• Reimagine FIT operating model and team structure for efficiency and impact.
• Build entry-level talent programs and career paths for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking activities to fraud prevention outcomes.
• Scale initiatives turning frontline observations into actionable insights for Product/Analytics.
