Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to hear and use a telephone.
• Primarily work from home setting; travel to branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and training for members and employees on fraud topics.
