Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention initiatives. You will review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts, collaborating with partners to understand patterns.

This role primarily works from home with travel to branches as needed. Candidates should be proficient in English and Microsoft Office, and benefit from a flexible remote/hybrid model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication: written and oral with good presentation skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• English reading/writing/speaking ability required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Review predictive reports daily and take action on accounts.
• Participate in fraud team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
