Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a wide range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention efforts. The role partners with teams to interpret system outputs and fraud patterns, while staying current with industry trends.

Primarily a work-from-home position with occasional travel to branches as needed, you will support member and employee education on fraud awareness and best practices, ensuring accurate, timely investigations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months as Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; capable of remote work equipment usage.
