Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage fraud case work and support prevention initiatives from a primarily home-based setting.

You’ll review predictive reports daily, collaborate with technical partners, and participate in team projects to educate staff and members on fraud topics. Travel to branches may be required. Strong English skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ~12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a related financial field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, or lending ops).
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, grammar, and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work in remote or in-office environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support fraud prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and train/educate members on fraud topics.
• Primarily work from home with travel to other branches as needed.
