Affirm, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics professional to own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses, approval rates, and false positives.

You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, ML, and Fraud Ops to improve detection and risk management. You will define fraud metrics, test strategy changes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Analytics experience.
• Passion to understand how Affirm product works and help improve it.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Able to collaborate across many teams and influence outcomes.
• Strong communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced fraud control environment.
• Good time management across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of payment processing risk and fraud strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses, approvals, false positives, and customer friction.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using tools (e.g., DBT).
• Define trusted fraud metrics and datasets for dashboards and monitoring.
• Lead testing and evaluation of fraud strategy changes with pre- and post-implementation analysis.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, ML, Data Eng, Fraud Ops, and Risk to improve fraud strategies and product launches.
