Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior analytics professional to own fraud performance for depository products and drive insights across fraud, product, and engineering teams. • 7+ years of Analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Ability to translate data into actionable fraud insights.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses and key risk metrics.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and pipelines (DBT) across product, transaction, and user data.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring frameworks for fraud performance.
• Lead testing and evaluation of fraud strategy changes with cross-functional partners.
