Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior analytics professional to own fraud performance for depository products in a remote-ready US role. You will monitor fraud losses, approval rates, false positives, and customer friction, partnering with Risk, Product, Engineering and ML teams.

You will design and maintain data models and dashboards using DBT, define metrics, and lead testing and evaluation of new fraud strategies to balance loss prevention with customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, ML, Data Engineering, Fraud Operations and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses and approval rates.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines with DBT.
• Define trusted fraud performance metrics and dashboards for visibility into risk.
