Affirm is seeking a senior analytics leader to own fraud performance for depository products. You will monitor losses, approval rates, and false positives while refining identity verification and fraud flows in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

You will build scalable data models and dashboards to illuminate risk, develop rules and models, and partner with ML, Data Eng, Fraud Ops, and Risk to drive improvements.

Formación

• 7+ years of analytics experience.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varying fraud activity.
• Experience with risk concepts in payment processing.
• Knowledge of data modeling and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own fraud performance metrics for depository products, monitoring losses and approval/decline rates.
• Build scalable data models and pipelines (DBT) for fraud, product and transaction data.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for fraud performance and portfolio health.
• Lead testing and evaluation of fraud strategy changes and rule launches.
