Job summary

affirm is seeking a senior analytics leader to own fraud performance for depository products. You will monitor losses, approval rates, and false positives while reducing customer friction. The role requires cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, ML, and Risk teams.

You will build scalable data models and dashboards, evaluate fraud strategies, and guide sign-off on policy changes. Remote-first with flexibility across the USA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Analytics experience.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Ability to collaborate across many teams.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses and approval rates.
• Build and maintain data models and pipelines (DBT) for fraud and product data.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to track fraud performance and risks.
• Lead testing and evaluation of fraud strategy changes with cross-functional partners.
