Job summary

CareerPlug, a remote-first software company, seeks an experienced sales professional to join a productive team. You will identify needs, present solutions, and demonstrate CareerPlug’s software to Franchisees, helping upgrade accounts to paid subscriptions.

Responsibilities include inbound handling, prospecting, scheduling demos, and driving adoption of Premium subscriptions, with a focus on revenue goals and client relationships. Remote, full-time role with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles and direct client work.
• Prospecting experience including cold and warm calling.
• Familiarity with franchise industry, associations, or co-operatives is a plus.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and software sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls or email requests from prospective clients.
• Prospect new franchisee and association member leads.
• Schedule and demonstrate product to prospects.
• Maintain a minimum number of upgrades and activations per month.
• Drive paid subscriptions with current partners.
• Update client information in HubSpot daily.
• Collaborate with Partnership Teams and Sales Operations to promote Premium subscriptions.
