Qualifications

• Prior Franchisor Business Consultant experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive adoption of CareerPlug's paid subscriptions.
• Experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System in a network.

• Review and develop strategic plans to increase subscription adoption.
• Conduct partnership meetings with partners.
• Facilitate educational content with partners.
