Qualifications

• Proven success in franchise development or consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified franchise candidates through the full sales process.
• Build relationships with prospective franchise owners and advisors.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, webinars, and validation discussions.
• Educate candidates on the franchise model and ownership journey.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve sales goals and track KPIs.
• Attend franchise conferences and recruitment events.
