Pathways is seeking a Franchise Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for franchise inquiries, pre-qualify leads, and serve as a brand ambassador. You will manage inquiries, move qualified prospects to the application stage, and coordinate with the Franchise Development Director to support net unit growth.

This role offers flexible work-from-home options and requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently or with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming franchise inquiries from multiple sources and CRM platforms.
• Share company value propositions and next steps in the discovery process.
• Pre-qualify candidates, including reviewing experience and financial readiness.
• Discuss territories using mapping software and assess opportunities.
• Maintain the franchise sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Generate monthly sales reports and analytics for the team.
• Support trade shows, events, and sales planning activities.
• Coordinate disclosure document distribution and timelines.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and meeting quotas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support development initiatives.
