Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Remote Work from Home Franchise Sales Representative to help build a rewarding future with uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement.

You’ll work closely with prospects, implement sales strategies, and establish strong customer relations, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of prior work experience.
• Proven success in a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Franchise Conferences 4 times a year.
• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Implement sales strategies to crack new franchise brand contracts.
• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target franchisee prospects.
• Mine existing and prospective franchise clients for introductions.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Connect franchisees’ business needs with ADP products and services.
• Cross-sell other ADP solutions to the franchise base.
