Franchise Sidekick is seeking a Franchise Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals exploring franchise ownership. This remote/hybrid role focuses on structured, consultative conversations to understand goals, financial readiness, and next steps, guiding leads toward Advisor Calls.

You will handle high-volume conversations, document notes in HubSpot, and collaborate with Advisors and leadership to continually improve the lead experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales or client-facing roles.
• Ability to discuss liquidity and investment ranges professionally.
• Strong inbound/outbound call handling in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in CRM note-taking and lead progression tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery calls to uncover goals, motivations, timelines, experience, and investment readiness.
• Set clear expectations for franchise exploration with Sidekick.
• Professionally discuss liquidity and investment ranges.
• Document call notes in HubSpot and track lead progress.
• Schedule Advisor Calls and support scheduling when needed.
• Collaborate with Specialists, Advisors, and leadership on improvement.
