Job summary

Any Lab Test Now is seeking a Franchise Sales Associate to be the first contact for franchise inquiries and a key lead generator. You will pre-qualify candidates, manage territories, and forward qualified leads to the Franchise Development Director for discovery.

This role supports the franchise growth strategy and CRM-driven reporting. The position offers remote-friendly work options with compensation of $55,000 per year, and benefits such as health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (phone, video) and ability to qualify prospects.
• Personable yet strategic in moving leads into discovery quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service with senior-level candidates.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely, independently and with a team.
• 1+ year of college or sales experience.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft & Google Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming franchise inquiries and optimize conversion.
• Pre-qualify candidates and verify qualifications and timelines.
• Maintain CRM records and generate monthly reports.
• Support discovery process and coordinate with Franchise Development Director.
• Assist with trade shows and events and develop sales strategies.
• Drive growth through proactive lead management across channels.
