Job summary

Any Lab Test Now is seeking a Franchise Sales Associate to serve as the first point of contact for franchise inquiries. You will pre-qualify candidates, discuss territories, and move qualified leads through the discovery process, coordinating with the Franchise Development Director as needed to close deals.

Flexible work-from-home options are available; you will use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, generate reports, and support trade shows and events as part of the growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills via phone, email or video to qualify prospects.
• Capable of working remotely with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Experience in sales or franchise development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound franchise inquiries from multiple sources and move leads toward discovery.
• Share value propositions and franchise requirements, building relationships with leads.
• Pre-qualify candidates by reviewing experience, net worth, and timelines.
• Utilize mapping software to discuss territories and availability with leads.
• Maintain CRM records and distribute monthly reports to the team.
• Support trade shows, events and the development of sales strategies.
• Oversee the franchise application process and coordination with legal.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve growth objectives.
