Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive franchisee sales and profit by developing annual sales, marketing, and financial plans for each franchisee.
• Perform business evaluations and track progress using data and KPIs.
• Provide training and advise franchisees on financial analysis tools (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and growth using company resources.
• Lead conventions and events, representing the brand and coordinating content.
