Coca-Cola is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead the Coke Florida Advanced Hydration portfolio, based in Tampa or Orlando. You will drive system alignment with bottlers, customers, and leadership, translating enterprise priorities into flawless marketplace execution and sustainable growth.

You will balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership, partnering with marketing, finance, supply chain and operations to deliver results while shaping the franchise model and talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, franchise leadership, sales, operations, or general management.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Proven experience driving P&L performance, executional excellence, and growth.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at senior internal and external levels.
• Experience within the Coca-Cola system or similarly structured franchise organizations.
• Background spanning sales, operations, marketing, commercial strategy and strategic planning.
• Track record of leading high-visibility markets or enterprise-critical initiatives.
