• Lead franchises with Coke Florida, aligning Coca‑Cola, bottlers, and customers around growth priorities.
• Energize bottling partners through clear direction, governance, and disciplined execution.
• Own end‑to‑end market execution across channels and translate national strategies to local success.
• Drive excellence in sales, merchandising, launches, activation, and readiness.
• Monitor volume, revenue, gross profit, and market share; identify gaps and corrective actions.
