• Experience driving P&L performance and growth.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at senior internal and external levels.
• Experience within the Coca-Cola system or similarly structured franchise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise and bottler leadership to align growth priorities.
• Drive end-to-end market execution across channels and translate strategies into local action.
• Monitor volume, revenue, gross profit, and market share performance.
• Identify gaps, root causes, and corrective actions for marketplace results.
