Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder organizations.
• Proven experience driving P&L performance, executional excellence, and growth.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience within the Coca‑Cola system or similar franchise organizations.
• Background spanning sales, operations, marketing, strategic planning.
• Track record of leading high‑visibility markets or enterprise initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution bias.
• Exceptional relationship builder with senior Coca‑Cola leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise leadership alignment with Coca-Cola, bottlers and customers.
• Enable bottling partners through governance and disciplined execution.
• Build trusted relationships across Regions and Sales Center levels.
• Advise bottler leadership on volume, revenue, profitability, execution.
• Own end-to-end market execution across channels and translate strategies locally.
• Drive excellence in sales, merchandising, launches, activation, and readiness.
• Monitor volume, revenue, gross profit, and market share performance.
• Identify gaps, root causes, and corrective actions for marketplace results.
• Ensure alignment across marketing, shopper, supply chain, finance, and ops teams.
• Lead development of Coke Florida business plan aligned with NAOU priorities.
• Translate national/regional strategies into market plans for sustainable growth.
• Champion portfolio transformation and white-space opportunities.
