Qualifications

• Franchise experience required with ownership or leadership roles.
• Ability to coach to P&L across multiple franchise locations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchise partners to improve revenue, profitability and cash flow.
• Lead weekly coaching sessions and on-site visits to assess operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and commitments using the company tools.
