Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years or more coaching or managing franchise operations experience.
• Experience with financial statements, CRM, and operational reporting.
• Strong coaching, sales enhancement, and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees to boost sales, profitability, and operations.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for franchisees.
• Maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of franchisees.
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption of operating systems and tools.
• Travel 25–40% for in-person coaching and site visits.
