Job summary

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving - Corp Office is seeking a Franchise Operations Coach to guide new franchise partners from signing through their first 60–90 days, building systems, habits, and confidence for a successful launch.

You will create practical training, partner with Brand Central and FBCs, translate performance data into action plans, and support leaders delivering an exceptional customer experience across the franchise network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in franchise operations or related role.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and identifying performance gaps.
• Proven ability to design and deliver adult training.
• Strong written communication and CRM documentation.
• Willingness to travel regularly for openings and audits.
• Ability to influence partners without direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the pre-opening journey from sign to launch.
• Coordinate readiness with franchise partners and Brand Central teams.
• Coach partners on execution and 60–90 day milestones after opening.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing systemwide training.
• Monitor KPIs and ramp-up progress; plan actions.
• Maintain CRM records and complete pipeline reporting.
• Prepare handoffs to FBCs with opening history and next steps.
• Provide extended coaching and site visits for underperforming locations.
• Partner with FBC to stabilize underperforming sites.
