Job summary

NCD is seeking a Manager, FP&A to own the budget, forecast, and models that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with the CFO and cross‑functional leaders in sales, product, and operations to build, run, and enhance driver-based financial plans.

You will leverage AI tools to speed up recurring tasks, improve accuracy, and deliver clear variance commentary. This remote role supports U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or Big 4 experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling and driver-based forecasts.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and how drivers flow to P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Comfort with SQL or a BI tool and data-driven analysis.
• Clear written communication and remote-work independence.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and monthly/quarterly reforecasts with driver-based models.
• Produce variance analysis with commentary for CFO and exec team.
• Build P&Ls by carrier, program, product line, and distribution channel.
• Model economics, including commissions, reserves, and payback scenarios.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and lender reporting packages.
• Collaborate with Data to move reporting to dashboards and AI-enabled workflows.
• Document models and processes for audit readiness and continuity.
