NCD is seeking a Manager, FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, and the underlying models. You’ll partner with the CFO and leaders across sales, product, and operations in a hands‑on role, building and running models and using AI to speed planning.

A strong background in finance, analytics, and independent work in a remote team is required. Join a growth‑minded environment in the insurance space, focusing on data‑driven decisions, dashboards, and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or Big 4 experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling: three‑statement and driver‑based forecasts.
• GAAP familiarity and how drivers flow to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience with SQL or a BI tool for direct data access.
• Clear written communication for non‑finance executives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual budget and monthly/quarterly reforecast with driver‑based models.
• Produce variance analyses with commentary for the CFO and executive team.
• Build P&Ls by carrier program, product line, and distribution channel.
• Model economics including commissions, paybacks, and reserves.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and lender reporting packages.
• Collaborate with Data to move reporting to dashboards.
• Leverage AI to speed up recurring finance tasks and documentation.
• Document models and processes for auditability.
