Job summary

NCD is seeking a Director, FP&A to build and lead the planning function across the company. You will own the budget, forecast, long-range plan, and decision support, partnering with the CFO on capital planning and lender reporting. You will coach a team, develop models, and drive AI-enhanced planning processes.

You will collaborate with Data and Finance to set metrics, prioritize data, and implement a planning tool. Remote-first role with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of FP&A or related experience including at least 3 years leading FP&A.
• Built or scaled FP&A processes with planning calendar, cadence and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning calendar: annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and three-year plan.
• Design FP&A processes that scale with calendar, inputs ownership, version control, and documentation.
• Own driver-based models and P&Ls by carrier, program, product line, and channel.
• Run monthly business reviews with the executive team and track actions.
• Own cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and financing discussions.
