Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Manager of FP&A in the United States, remote, to shape financial decision‑making and accelerate growth in a fast‑moving AI‑powered marketplace. You will partner with senior leaders to build scalable, data‑driven planning, forecasts, and insights across the business.

You'll lead budgeting, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting, building models and scenarios to guide resource allocation and investments.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with business leaders in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial disciplines.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, Opex management, and variance analysis skills.
• Proven financial modeling expertise to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, subscription, or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with planning, reporting, and analytics platforms (Pigment, NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, Excel).
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to turn strategic priorities into actionable financial plans, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead annual planning cycles and quarterly forecasts, prioritizing investments and resources.
• Deliver reporting and insights to measure performance, opportunities, and risks.
• Support exec performance management through KPI reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, People, Data, and Operations to improve planning and reporting.
