Eagleview Technologies is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with business leaders, own forecasting, and drive financial performance across functions. This remote, full-time role offers a broad project load and opportunities to implement AI tools in analysis.

The ideal candidate delivers robust financial models, executive-ready reporting, and clear guidance for senior management on risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
4–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical work.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Strong discipline, deadlines, and output quality.
Capable of owning complex workstreams with minimal supervision.
Proven business partnering and risk/opportunity communication.
Expertise in financial modeling and translating analysis into insights.
Experience with unstructured data and large datasets.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders, providing financial insights.
Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end with stakeholders.
Own forecasting and planning for assigned areas aligned with targets.
Manage annual operating plan cycles with business leaders.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for analysis.
Research and apply AI and advanced analytical tools to FP&A work.
Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and business cases.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
Build and improve management reporting for decision making.
Lead monthly expense reviews and communicate actionable insights.
