Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own planning, modelling, and performance insights across multi-market operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses while partnering with Operations, Growth, and Product to optimize pricing, fleet utilization, and customer economics.

You will present to senior leadership and the board, translating complex data into concise, actionable recommendations. A high-growth environment and cross-functional ownership await.

Qualifications

• 7+ years total professional experience with at least 5 years in FP&A, strategy, or CEO/founder office roles.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or well-regarded org with financial ownership and strategic decision support.
• Build structured, auditable driver-based financial models from scratch including forecasts & scenario analyses.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; SQL preferred; practical BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models for budgets, forecasts, unit economics, and financing structures.
• Perform monthly variance analysis across markets and identify performance drivers and risks.
• Lead reporting to management and board with accurate, actionable insights.
• Support debt and equity fundraising with investor-ready models and data packages.
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling information from data warehouse and financial systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply, Growth, and Product to evaluate pricing, fleet utilization, CAC, and LTV.
