Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. You will manage Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A, and drive transparency in financial planning and reporting.

Your work will involve close collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to optimize forecasting and strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and a passion for SaaS metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first workspace experience and SaaS background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights; manage users, models and data integrity.
• Support monthly/quarterly close with P&L commentary and reporting.
• Own recurring reports and templates; assist with board deliverables and budgeting.
• Partner with G&A leaders on headcount planning and forecasting in Adaptive.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
