OpsArmy Careers is hiring a high-performing Founder Support EA++ to help the Founder of a fast-moving investment firm. This remote role operates in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and may expand into operations and project coordination as trust grows.

You will anticipate needs, protect time, and coordinate across time zones, while leveraging AI tools and cloud software to stay ahead of priorities and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with polished communication.
• Highly self-directed and proactive.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and multi-hat roles.
• Ability to anticipate needs and protect the founder's time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder's inbox and calendar.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics.
• Draft clear, professional emails and messages.
• Support startup operations and project coordination.
• Assist with events, meetings, and PR coordination.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Protect the founder's time and anticipate needs.
