Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations, design data integrations, and configure fraud/AML programs while optimizing AI-powered workflows. Collaboration with banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms is central to this role.

The position emphasizes strong project management, regulatory familiarity, and customer-first delivery in a high-ownership environment. Fully remote with US-wide eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech or regtech is highly desirable.
• Strong API, SQL, ETL, and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations with data mapping and quality checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live with project plans and timelines.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs and batch data extracts.
• Configure fraud and AML detection programs and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents.
• Support regulatory workflows including SARs, CTRs, and CRR.
• Validate data quality and troubleshoot production issues.
• Educate customers and enable self-sufficiency post-implementation.
• Manage multiple implementations and adjust to changing priorities.
• Create reusable implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
