FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect robust agented systems, and deliver production-grade solutions. You’ll align with COO/VPs on business cases, then design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows that survive production and governance checks.

You’ll work across discovery, architecture, and delivery, owning end-to-end outcomes from scoping to live operation, while partnering with Fortune 500 clients and regulated

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with multiple production stacks.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows in production.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year degree and strong software delivery ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Discover AI problems with business stakeholders and map current processes.
• Structure process specs for automation and AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Operate CI/CD and post-launch monitoring and governance.
• Engage in pre-sales discovery and support technical proposals.
