FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI solutions, and ship production-grade agents. You’ll work across consulting, operations, and engineering to deliver impactful outcomes in regulated environments and Fortune 500 engagements.
The role emphasizes discovery, data, retrieval, and model behavior, with ownership from scoping to deployment. You’ll collaborate with CTOs and engineering leaders, defend decisions, and ensure pragmatic, observable AI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
- Advanced English is required.
- Four-year college degree is required.
- Experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
- Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
- Map current state and convert into executable specifications.
- Design end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on retrieval architecture.
- Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
- Own CI/CD for AI implementations and post-launch governance.
- Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders and defend technical decisions.
