Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a forward deployed engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for complex supply chains. You will collaborate with product and engineering to convert field learnings into durable platform capabilities and mentor customer operators through transitions.

You should have hands-on experience with Python, REST/streaming APIs, and data pipelines, plus familiarity with modern data platforms. Remote-friendly role with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-driven applications and agentic systems.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python preferred).
• Hands-on with REST/streaming APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to design data pipelines and work with modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own customer solutions end-to-end and deploy in live environments.
• Build trusted relationships from IC to executive sponsor.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel with clear expectations.
• Collaborate to turn field learnings into durable platform capabilities.
• Guide customers through transitions and drive adoption.
