Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design and deploy Agentic AI solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform. You will work directly with customers, prototyping and delivering end-to-end solutions in live environments, while shaping product through field learnings.

This is a remote role with a strong emphasis on ownership and rapid delivery. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering, mentor customer teams, and travel up to 50% as needed to ensure successful transitions and

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML powered solutions for production
• Strong background in software engineering and data engineering
• Proficiency with REST and streaming APIs in enterprise systems
• Ability to design and deploy end-to-end agentic AI workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, and tool use patterns
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and IDE workflows

Responsibilities

• Own customer solutions end-to-end from prototyping to production in live environments.
• Serve as technical face of Kinaxis with customers and sponsors.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel with clear expectations and ownership.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to turn field learnings into platform capabilities.
• Guide adoption and mentor customers through solution transitions.
