FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect AI-powered solutions. You will discover, design, and deliver end‑to‑end agentic systems with emphasis on data, retrieval, and trustworthy model behavior.

You’ll own the engagement from discovery through production, balancing technical rigor with practical business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. This role offers a fully remote arrangement and strong opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production stack ownership.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows in production.
• Advanced English and strong client-facing communication.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Discover and workshop with stakeholders to map current processes and AI opportunities.
• Structure the process, create specs, and define data, decisions, and integrations.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval, context, and guardrails.
• Build, test, and drive deployment with CI/CD and ongoing observability.
• Operate Day 2 post-launch with eval harnesses and performance monitoring.
• Present decisions to CTOs and engineering leaders and support pre-sales work.
