Job summary

Kinaxis is hiring for Forward Deployed Engineers to help customers transform how work gets done with Agentic AI solutions on the Maestro Platform. You will design, build, and ship solutions in close collaboration with customers, engineering, and product teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of software or data engineering experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM-based apps, RAG systems, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software or data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and REST/Streaming APIs required.
• Familiarity with data platforms and modern data tooling.
• Experience with client-facing technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer solutions end-to-end from prototyping to deployment.
• Build trusted relationships from IC to executive sponsor as the technical face.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel with clear expectations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to convert learnings into platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption and guide customers through transitions to new ways of working.
• Travel as needed up to 50%.
