Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering AI-driven, agentic solutions for customers. You will prototype, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform, collaborating closely with customers from deployment to scaling.

You will work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment, driving technical outcomes, and mentoring teams to adopt new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-based applications and multi-agent workflows.
• Proficient in at least one backend language (Python preferred).
• Familiar with REST and streaming APIs and enterprise integration.
• Experience with data pipelines and modern data platforms.
• 2-5 years in relevant software/data roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer solutions end-to-end in live environments.
• Build trusted relationships from IC to executive sponsor.
• Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
• Operate as a SEAL team within a cross-disciplinary unit.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field learnings into durable platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption and mentor customer operators through transitions.
