Job summary

Kinaxis is hiring for a Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on building Agentic AI solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform. You will work directly with customers to design, build, and ship end-to-end AI-driven solutions in production environments, applying multi-agent patterns and modern data tools.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn field learnings into scalable platform capabilities and mentor customer teams through transitions, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, solutions engineering, or a technical-founder role.
• Strong Python backend development skills and ability to read/contribute across a polyglot codebase.
• Experience with REST and streaming APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and data modeling basics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own customer solutions end-to-end—prototype, iterate, and deploy in live environments.
• Deliver relentless customer value and be the technical face of Kinaxis.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel and set expectations with stakeholders.
• Operate as a SEAL team within a tight, multi-disciplinary unit.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to convert field learnings into durable platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption, mentor customer operators, and guide transitions to the new way of working.
