Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You’ll combine consulting, operational leadership, and engineering to craft production-grade AI apps inside enterprise environments.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients that require robust, scalable delivery and concrete value. The role blends discovery with hands-on engineering and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
Experience with frontier AI developer tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
Proven experience with APIs, service design, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Discover: run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
Structure process and specifications for automation aligning people and AI systems.
Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems (orchestration, context, tool integration).
Build: ship working systems including agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, environments, and deployments.
Consult: defend decisions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership; support pre-sales.
