Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-enabled solutions. You’ll act as consultant, operator, and engineer, delivering production-grade AI systems inside client environments.

You'll own architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and client-facing discovery calls while working with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients. This role requires strong English proficiency and a willingness to take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Build working AI systems with rapid delivery and measurable value.
• Own CI/CD for what you build, including environments and release processes.
• Lead client-facing discovery calls and defend decisions with stakeholders.
