Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architect AI-enabled systems, and deliver production-grade solutions. You will act as consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping problems, proving value, and shipping reliable agent-based workflows inside enterprise environments.

You’ll work with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, leading discovery calls and owning the delivery from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (TS/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1-4 years shipping LLM-powered/agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, release, environments, and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of context and specification engineering to produce reliable AI output.
• Enterprise integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, event streams, iPaaS (n8n, MuleSoft), MCP.
• Track record leading client-facing discovery calls and decompose unstructured problems.
• End-to-end delivery ownership and capability to manage scope without PM supervision.
• Ability to work through new issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain CI/CD of applications.
• Attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Ownership mentality to meet client goals with accountability.
• Identify with FullStack client's goals and deliver commitments.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems and scope a defensible point of view.
• Structure the process and the spec: map current state and convert into reliable specifications for people and AI systems.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems, orchestration, retrieval architecture, tool integration, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checks.
• Build: ship working systems with agents and multi-step automations; prototypes in weeks.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, environments, and release planning.
• Consult: present decisions to CTOs, VPs, and leadership; support pre-sales scoping as needed.
